Order Modification or Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. Due to the demand of fast shipping times, we ship items out by the hour - orders placed over 5 hours cannot be modified or cancelled.

If your order has not been shipped out, we can cancel your order at your request, but you will be charged a 5% order processing fee. Because, although not yet shipped out, our warehouse has begun processing your order once you place your order.

Unconditional Refund

Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a exchange or refund.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Any items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, stained, washed, or altered in any way will be rejected. All items returned will be inspected on receipt and if the items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be rejected or sent back to you at your own expense.

For custom-made products, we can not accept any returns unless you can prove that the product you received does not match our description.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A tracked shipping option is highly recommended as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$10-15 will be deducted from your refund.

If not quality problem or not our fault to send the wrong size, you need to pay for the shipping cost to return and also about US$10-15 shipping cost for us to resend if you want a replacement.

Please email to help@olympicgift.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Support.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or altered):

(1) The product does not match the description on the website.

(2) If the product has obvious defects or quality problems when it is delivered to you.

(3) The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria, you can take some photographs or record a video to prove that the product doesn't work, damaged or defective. And sent it to help@olympicgift.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will exchange or refund. These problems will be solved within 3-5 business days.

Please note we only accept returns if there are obvious defects or quality problems which exclude size problems, color problems, and shipping times problems.

Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We accept returns on eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) underwear, (2) bodysuits, (3) lingerie, (4) sleepwear, (5) swimwear, (6) Clearance and Final Sale items, (7) Customized products

Shipping Damage

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at help@olympicgift.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 24 hours from receipt of products.

Undeliverable or unclaimed package

For all products, any rejected deliveries will not be eligible for refunds. HOWEVER, we will re-send the item if you pay for shipping costs. If you fail to accept delivery due to a wrong address or are unavailable during the delivery process and didn't collect it from the post office within the time frame, we will re-send the item to you and you only need to pay for the shipping costs. In special cases we can issue a refund for unclaimed package, but the shipping cost is non-refundable and will be charged 25% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund).

Late Or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
